Cancellation Policy

Booking Policy All sessions must be booked at least 48 hours in advance. Payment is required at the time of booking to secure your appointment. Clients can book sessions through our online booking system. Package deals must be used within 6 months of purchase unless otherwise specified. Cancellation Policy Cancellations made more than 24 hours before the scheduled session will receive a full refund or the option to reschedule. Cancellations made within 24 hours of the scheduled session will be charged 50% of the session fee. No-shows or cancellations made within 2 hours of the scheduled session will be charged the full session fee. Emergencies will be handled on a case-by-case basis at the discretion of the coach. Waitlist Policy If your desired time slot is unavailable, you can join the waitlist. Waitlisted clients will be notified in order of sign-up if a spot becomes available. You have 12 hours to respond and confirm the newly available slot before it's offered to the next person on the waitlist. Rescheduling Policy Rescheduling requests made more than 24 hours before the session are free of charge. Rescheduling within 24 hours of the session may incur a $25 fee. You're allowed to reschedule each session once without penalty. Additional rescheduling may result in forfeiture of the session. Conduct Policy Our services are strictly professional and therapeutic in nature. Any form of sexual advances, requests, or inappropriate behavior will not be tolerated. If such behavior occurs, the coach reserves the right to immediately terminate the session without refund. Repeated violations will result in the termination of all future services with no refund for pre-paid packages. Late Arrival Policy Sessions start and end at the scheduled time. If you're late, your session will still end at the original scheduled time. No refunds or extensions will be given for late arrivals. Confidentiality All session content is confidential unless required by law to disclose information. Clients may share their own experiences but are asked to respect the privacy of other clients in group settings.
